Return & Exchange Policy
At JacketMania, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order jackets. Because each piece is carefully handcrafted to meet your preferences, our return and exchange policy is slightly different from mass-market retail standards. Please read the policy below before placing your order.
Handmade Distinction
Every JacketMania product is a unique, handcrafted item.
Minor differences in color tone, stitching patterns, or inner lining may occur due to material availability or artisanal variation. These distinctions are not considered defects.
However, if your jacket arrives with a significant manufacturing error or defect, we will happily correct or replace the item at no extra cost, subject to inspection and approval.
Duty Fees & Local Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying local taxes, VAT, and customs duties as applicable in their region.
If you refuse or fail to pay these charges, no return, refund, or exchange will be granted, and your shipment may be destroyed or returned by local authorities without reimbursement.
Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at support@jacketmania.com within 15 days of delivery
- Return requests made after 15 days will not be accepted
- After approval, we will provide a return address and instructions
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not liable for lost or untrackable return shipments
Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in new, resellable condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Jackets must be free from damage, stains, perfume, cigarette odor, or wear
- Items failing inspection will be rejected and returned
Order Changes
- Order changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
- Due to our fast-paced production, changes cannot be guaranteed after this period
Custom Orders – Non-Returnable
Please note:
- Custom-sized or personalized jackets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Always double-check your sizing and order details before confirming
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-sized or personalized orders
- Worn, used, or damaged items
- Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Orders returned beyond 15 days of delivery
- One-of-a-kind, limited edition, or bespoke designs
- Items returned without prior approval
Sales & Clearance Items
Items marked Final Sale or purchased from our Sale section are not eligible for return or exchange.
Coupon-based discounts do not make an item final sale unless stated otherwise.
Abandoned Shipments
If you refuse delivery or fail to pick up your shipment, JacketMania is not responsible for loss or destruction of the parcel. Replacements will not be issued for customer negligence.
Production & Shipping Timeline
- Standard made-to-order jackets: 12–15 business days
- Custom-sized jackets: up to 3–4 weeks
- Production delays may occur during peak season or due to material availability
Color & Material Variation
While we aim to deliver what you see, leather jackets may have slight color variations due to:
- Camera lighting
- Natural leather textures
- Device screen resolution
Returns for minor variations in color, inner lining, or texture are subject to our standard return policy and not considered defects.
Pencil Markings
Some handmade jackets may feature light pencil marks as part of the tailoring process. These marks are normal and can be wiped off easily.
